A beautiful holiday house on Loch Palm Golf Course, only 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 10 minutes from Patong Beach.
This house at Loch Palm provides exceptionally spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight people.
The house has a swimming pool and an outside timber deck with a dinning table plus two sun loungers. It has a large, well equipped living room with sofas and arm chairs, a very large flat screen TV and an excellent sound system/DVD player plus a dining table with seating for 10 people. |
There is a well equipped open plan kitchen on the ground floor, and also a toilet. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms (including a beautiful, large master bedroom) both with ensuite bathrooms and balconies overlooking Loch Golf Course and the two lakes. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking Red Mountain Golf Course.
On the upper- ground floor there is another twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and also a laundry room. On the lower ground floor there is an unfurnished ‘play-room’ that can be used for storage or a kid’s play area. All the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The house is equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, a microwave oven, a convection oven, a large refrigerator / freezer, a gas hob, and plenty of storage space for golf clubs and the like as well as a car port for two cars. |
