How do I book a hotel reservation?
Once you have selected your choice of hotel, complete the 'ONLINE'
Booking form. Click on 'BOOKING' and your reservation will be
displayed. If all the details are correct, complete the Contact
Information and Flight Information.
Confirm your requirements for payment. Option 1 or
Option 2.
Then click 'Submit'.
How do I book a tour, spa or game of golf?
Once you have selected your choice of tour, spa or game of golf,
complete the 'ONLINE' Booking form. Click on 'BOOKING' and your
reservation will be displayed. If all the details are correct
either go to another area and select another package or tour,
for your shopping basket, or complete the Contact Information.
Confirm your requirements for payment. Option 1 or
Option 2.
Then click 'Submit'.
How do I pay for my purchase?
Upon receipt of your booking request an automatic response will
be returned to you confirming we have received your request.
Within 48 hours we will confirm your booking by email along with
an invoice for 30 % deposit. If you require a booking date that
is less than 60 days before arrival we will invoice you 100%.
Please check and confirm all details of your final itinerary
immediately on receipt. It may be difficult due to heavy bookings
to make changes later.
We will invoice you again for the balance 60 days prior to your
arrival.
Payments can be made by either.
Option 1: Secure online credit card payments.
or.
Option 2: You can elect to pay by bank transfer (overseas bank
charges are to be borne by the customer). Our bank details will
be sent to you by email).
Cancellation Policy - Golf, Tours & Packages
In the event of a cancellation we will refund the following
amounts:

75% of deposit refunded if notification received more than 30 days prior to booked date.

25% of payment received will be refunded if notification received more than 21 days prior to the date booked.

If notification is received less than 21 days prior to tour start date no refund of deposit but balance refunded in full.

If notification is received less than 4 days prior to tour start date no refund will be possible.

If balance is not received at least 30 days prior to start date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain full deposit.

Cancellation Policy – Hotels
Halo Leisure Products Co Ltd has a partnership arrangement with HotelTravel.com. Hotel bookings are organised directly through our partner and accordingly information relating to the cancellation policy of that company must be made directly to HotelTravel.com.
Documentation requirements
Passport : It is your responsibility to ensure you have a passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
on arrival in Thailand . 30 day Tourist visas are issued on arrival in Thailand . We regret we cannot accept any liability if you
are refused entry into the country or onto any transport due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.
Driving License : If you wish to drive a car in Thailand you are required to provide an International drivers
license. You will also need a license from your country of residence to drive a motorbike.
Insurance : Travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance are strongly recommended and advised.
